1) Most grooming tables and bath tubs are available in stock ready for dispatch within in 0-5 working days at our manufacturers warehouse

2) Electrical Goods require installation of the correct electrical system and power plug to suit the destination as we ship worldwide and electrical/power plugs vary between countries

3) A final Quality Control Check is completed to ensure 100% functionality and delivery of the goods as per the description and specifications

4) The goods are packaged depending on type, size and weight:  

CLASS: Oversize Overweight Goods (OSOWG). 

- The majority of Grooming Supplies are classed as Overweight Oversize
CLASS: OSOWG require Sea Freight & Courier delivery for various reasons incl high freight costs

 - Air Express delivery is available  
(leave a note in Checkout and we will email you the revised order details and invoice)

Each is individually packaged in:     

- a custom made timber box palletised for specialist handling equipment for safety efficiency and convenience or      
- strong tear resistant heavy duty plastic wrap palletised for specialist handling equipment for safety efficiency and convenience or       
- heavy weight cardboard boxes  

5) The above process is normally completed within 3-5 days 

6) Goods are transferred from manufacturer to our Warehouse - this may take 0-3 days on average   

7) Goods undergo a final QCC and are dispatched to their destination   

TRACKING:   

• On arrival to the warehouse the goods are scanned into the public tracking system   
• The tracking number and related tracking app are added to the Customer Order History in the online Store. 
• It may take up to 0-72 hours to be updated in the system, please check again if you find no result    
• The tracking app will provide up to date info relating to the status of your shipment
