Warranty: All our VetnPro Products including Grooming Tables and Bath Tubs come with a 1 Year Manufacturers’ Warranty on Core Components and Materials, Product Manufacturers’ Faults and Functionality.

We will replace any parts at no charge, and offer to repair if required, based on each individual case and on its’ own merit - should issues arise within the Warranty Period.  

On conclusion of the Warranty Period, we provide lifetime 24-7 support, online, via email or telephone for advise, assistance and how-to’s in relation to the product.

Spare parts are always available if required 

NOTE: Postage costs are non-refundable, this includes any postage costs which we may have incurred during delivery of the goods;
they are the responsibility of the purchaser if returning a product to us - unless it arrived damaged due to transit, or if it does not work and is not fit for purpose or not as described on arrival.
Postage costs to return goods or parts for repairs or replacement are also the responsibility of the owner unless within the 1 year warranty period.

Most grooming tables and bath tubs are available in stock ready for dispatch in 2-4 working days at our manufacturers warehouse.
The current delivery time is approx 38 days for this range of bath tubs due to size/weight.

Should your selected colour and size need to be custom made for you, the approx delivery time is approx 6-7 weeks.
